We have over 190 swimmers training at our home pool at the Kendal Leisure Centre.

We enjoy competitive success at County, Regional and National level, similarly our teams successfully compete in a number of leagues including Cumbria Diddy League, North Lancs Swim League and The National Arena Swimming League.

In July 2015 we hosted our inaugural open meet, the Kendal Mint Open Gala. This event was hugely successful and has continued to run annually with increasing popularity and attracting clubs as far away as North Manchester.

As a busy competitive club, run entirely by volunteers, we very much appreciate parents & guardians who are willing to help take Kendal Amateur Swimming Club to the next level. There are opportunities for all to get involved including helping on poolside, joining the Committee and participating in the general running of the club.  For those who are willing to qualify we encourage and support volunteers to train as coaches, teachers & Swim England officials.
